Crispy, Homemade Doritos Made in the Air Fryer with Bold Seasonings and a Guilt-Free Crunch
Ingredients
15 corn or flour tortillas (about 1/2 pack)
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sugar, onion powder, and salt.
Slice the tortillas into 6–8 equal pieces using a pizza cutter for even chips.
Lightly spray both sides of each tortilla piece with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chips.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for about 3 minutes.
Arrange tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook for 3 minutes at 350°F, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until crispy and golden.
Remove and place on paper towels to cool completely before serving.
