Description
Crispy on the outside, tender and sweet on the inside, these air fryer sweet potatoes are a quick, healthy side dish ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the cubed sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
Arrange the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
