Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) block extra-sharp yellow Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 (8-oz.) block sharp yellow Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the diced pimiento, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, and cayenne pepper until well mixed.
- Add both types of shredded Cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined into a creamy mixture.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
