1 ½ cups mayonnaise

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. finely grated yellow onion

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

1 (8-oz.) block sharp yellow Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the diced pimiento, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, and cayenne pepper until well mixed.
  2. Add both types of shredded Cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined into a creamy mixture.
