Ingredients
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, divided
Juice of 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Marinate Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with ½ tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Sauté Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat remaining olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
Cook: Add shrimp with marinade and lemon slices. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
Finish & Serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
