Ingredients

18 oz box of brownie mix (preferably Ghirardelli)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)

24 tablespoons milk (depending on desired consistency)

Mini chocolate chips (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place the brownie mix in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds to heat treat the mix and kill harmful bacteria.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the whipped topping to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the heat-treated brownie mix, stirring until smooth and well incorporated.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until the dip reaches a creamy consistency.
  6. Top with mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness. Serve with your favorite dippers.
