Ingredients
18 oz box of brownie mix (preferably Ghirardelli)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2–4 tablespoons milk (depending on desired consistency)
Mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the brownie mix in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds to heat treat the mix and kill harmful bacteria.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in the heat-treated brownie mix, stirring until smooth and well incorporated.
- Pour in the milk and mix until the dip reaches a creamy consistency.
- Top with mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness. Serve with your favorite dippers.
