Description

Buffalo Chicken Wraps combine spicy buffalo chicken with crunchy veggies and creamy dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a quick, flavorful meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

½ cup buffalo sauce

4 large tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced celery

½ cup diced carrots

¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing


Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken strips for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  5. Place a portion of buffalo chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, celery, carrots, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  6. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or dressing if desired.
