Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
½ cup buffalo sauce
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced celery
½ cup diced carrots
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken strips for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Place a portion of buffalo chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, celery, carrots, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or dressing if desired.
