Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
2 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Easter M&M candies
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- Fold in the Easter M&M candies and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing them into squares and serving.
Notes
- Can substitute yellow cake mix with chocolate or funfetti for a different twist.
