Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup garlic aioli
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with garlic aioli and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out each tortilla and spoon the chicken mixture in the center. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap seam-side down until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm.
