Description

Ingredients

Chicken Mixture

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Taco Assembly

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning throughout the meat.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned ground chicken on the back side of each tortilla, pressing the meat firmly to adhere well.
  3. Cook the Chicken-Topped Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of avocado oil. Place the tortillas chicken side down onto the hot skillet. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Then flip the tortilla to crisp the other side for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Tacos: Lay the cooked tortillas flat. On top of the cooked chicken layer, add a generous amount of chopped romaine lettuce, drizzle with Caesar dressing, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, and top with crispy bacon bits.
