Taco Assembly
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: In a bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning throughout the meat.
- Prepare the Tortillas: Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned ground chicken on the back side of each tortilla, pressing the meat firmly to adhere well.
