Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl or directly in your Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, unrefined raw sugar, and vanilla extract (if using) until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Freeze the Mixture: Secure the lid tightly on the pint container and place it on a flat surface in your freezer. Freeze for approximately 24 hours or until the mixture is completely solid.
- Process in Ninja Creami: Remove the solidified pint from the freezer. Install it into the Ninja Creami machine and process it using the Ice Cream setting as per the machine’s instructions.
- Refine Texture: If after the first spin the texture appears crumbly or icy, use the Re-Spin function once to achieve a smoother, creamier consistency.
