Ingredients
1 lb Kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1.5 lbs baby or red/yellow potatoes, halved
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and grated Parmesan (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, trim green beans, halve the potatoes, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Layer ingredients in the crockpot: kielbasa on the bottom, followed by green beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Pour in the chicken broth and dot with butter or drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir gently and garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
