Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is the ultimate comfort food. Tender chicken in a savory garlic butter sauce combined with creamy parmesan pasta makes for a satisfying, easy-to-make dinner. This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, offering rich flavors and creamy texture that everyone will love

Ingredients

1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Freshly minced Garlic (to taste)

3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (divided)

Fettuccine or Linguine Pasta (your choice)

Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste)

1 cup Heavy Cream

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Fresh Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Mince garlic and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic and Seasoning: Stir in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for an additional minute until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the remaining butter and parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve some pasta water.
  6. Toss It All Together: Drain pasta and add it directly to the skillet. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat on the stove, adding a bit of cream or pasta water to restore creaminess.
  • Substitutions: Use shrimp, turkey, tofu, or vegetables for protein variations. Coconut cream can replace heavy cream for a dairy-free version.
