No-bake, protein-packed dessert jars that whip up in just 15 minutes—layered with creamy cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, sweetened lightly with maple syrup, and topped with berries for a guilt-satisfying treat.
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
4 tablespoons maple syrup
3 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup berries (such as strawberries; use your favorites)
Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor for 1–2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Add maple syrup and blend again.
In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cottage cheese with the Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula.
Layer the jars in this order: graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, graham crackers, berries, then another layer of cheesecake mixture. Top with extra berries if desired. Makes about 4 jars.
Chill before serving, or enjoy immediately.
