Ingredients
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate (½ of a 12-oz can)
1 to 1½ cups milk (whole, 2%, or dairy-free)
1/4 cup granulated or powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10–12 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is frothy and creamy.
- Pour immediately into glasses and serve while it’s cold and slushy.
Notes
- Swap some of the ice for frozen bananas, strawberries, or peaches for a fruity twist.
- For an extra frothy texture, you can add a raw egg white or egg white powder (optional).
- Use oat or coconut milk for a dairy-free option, with oat milk providing the creamiest result.
- For a boozy version, add about 4 oz vodka for a refreshing adult twist.
- Leftovers can be poured into popsicle molds for a fun frozen treat.
