Ingredients
½ avocado
2 cans tuna
1 clove garlic – minced or grated
1 tablespoon hot honey
⅓ cup finely chopped celery
3 scallions – finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
2 wraps
2 pieces lettuce
Juice from ½ lime
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the tuna and avocado together in a bowl until well combined.
- Add minced garlic, hot honey, chopped celery, scallions, and mustard. Stir everything together.
- Lay out the two wraps and divide the tuna mixture evenly between them.
- Top with lettuce, lime juice, olive oil, and parsley or cilantro.
