1 tablespoon hot honey

⅓ cup finely chopped celery

3 scallions – finely chopped

1 teaspoon mustard

¼ cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro

  2. Add minced garlic, hot honey, chopped celery, scallions, and mustard. Stir everything together.
  3. Lay out the two wraps and divide the tuna mixture evenly between them.
  4. Top with lettuce, lime juice, olive oil, and parsley or cilantro.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Wrap them up and serve!

Notes

  • These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
  • If storing, keep the avocado and tuna mixture separate from the lettuce and wraps to avoid sogginess.
  • Feel free to adjust the spice level of the hot honey to your preference.
  • This recipe can be made vegetarian by replacing tuna with chickpeas or a plant-based protein.
