Description

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in softened butter, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
