Description

Bright and creamy Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding—an easy, make-ahead breakfast or snack with fiber-rich chia seeds, protein-packed Greek yogurt, and zesty vanilla-orange flavor that truly tastes like dessert.

Ingredients

½ cup chia seeds

1 ⅓ cups milk of choice (e.g., almond, oat, dairy)

1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (or lower-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt)

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp orange zest

Toppings (optional):

Orange slices

Granola

Coconut flakes

Instructions

Combine all pudding ingredients (chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange zest) in a container and whisk until evenly mixed.

Refrigerate pudding for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Before serving, whisk again to break up any clumps—add extra milk if it’s too thick.

Serve topped with orange slices, granola, and/or coconut flakes. Pudding stays fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Perfect for meal prep: stores up to 5 days in the fridge.

Customize with toppings for added crunch and flavor contrast.

Classic creamsicle flavor thanks to orange zest and vanilla.
