Ingredients
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
3 tablespoons diced pimentos, drained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Dash hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise (or yogurt) until smooth.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir together.
Fold in diced pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of hot sauce if using.
Season with salt and pepper to taste; stir to evenly distribute all ingredients.
For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
Serve chilled or at room temperature, with crackers, sliced veggies, on sandwiches, or stuffed celery.
