Description

This Pineapple Dip is a sweet, creamy, and refreshing treat perfect for parties, gatherings, or a quick snack. It’s made with just five simple ingredients and comes together effortlessly in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

8 whole Nilla wafer cookies

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed of its liquid

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Nilla wafers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend the Nilla wafers in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. In a medium bowl, use a handheld mixer to beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pineapple, Nilla wafer crumbs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Cover the dip and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. Before serving, let the dip soften slightly at room temperature.
  5. Serve with extra Nilla wafers for dipping and enjoy!

Notes

  • If using fresh pineapple, chop it finely and drain it well to avoid excess moisture.
  • For a variation, add mini marshmallows or shredded coconut for extra texture.
  • Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Let it soften before serving again.
  • If you don’t have Nilla wafers, you can substitute with graham crackers, animal crackers, or shortbread cookies.
