Description

2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip together the heavy whipping cream and pink lemonade mix on high speed until stiff peaks form—this creates your flavored whipped cream.
  2. In two tall glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix and pour 3/4 cup cold water into each glass. Stir well until the powder dissolves.
  3. Add ice to each glass, filling about two-thirds full.
  4. Spoon the whipped lemonade cream on top of each glass.
