Ingredients
5 oz mini marshmallows
1 tbsp butter
2.5 cups quinoa pops
(Optional) 1 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
Prep the Pan:
Coat an 8×4 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Melt and Mix:
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Add Quinoa Pops:
Remove from heat. Stir in quinoa pops quickly until evenly coated.
Shape the Treats:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to press and flatten the top. Sprinkle with optional sprinkles for a festive touch.
Cool and Slice:
Let cool completely. Cut into 8 equal squares using a serrated knife.
