- 1 cup coconut milk (divided)
- 2-3 cups ice
Instructions
- Prepare the salted caramel sauce: Make the salted caramel sauce ahead of time or use a store-bought version. This sauce provides the rich, sweet, and salty flavor foundation for the latte.
- Blend the matcha layer: Place matcha powder, ground vanilla bean, coconut sugar, 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, and 1/2 cup ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
- Assemble the glasses: Add 2 tablespoons of salted caramel sauce to each glass, then fill each glass with enough ice to your liking.
- Add the coconut milk: Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into each glass over the ice and salted caramel.
