This quick and easy Sheet Pan S’mores recipe lets you enjoy the classic campfire treat in under 5 minutes—right from your oven! Perfectly toasted marshmallows, gooey chocolate, and graham crackers make this a fun, crowd-pleasing dessert any time of year.
Ingredients
12 graham crackers
3 Hershey bars
3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup bars (6 cups total)
12 large marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set oven to the ‘Broil’ setting and allow it to heat.
Prepare Sheet: Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble Base: Break the graham crackers in half (24 halves total). Lay 12 halves on the sheet.
Add Chocolate: Place half of a Hershey bar on 6 graham crackers. Place one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup on each of the other 6 graham crackers.
Top with Marshmallows: Add 1 large marshmallow on top of each chocolate piece.
Broil: Place the sheet on the lower-middle oven rack and broil for about 2 minutes. Watch closely—marshmallows brown quickly!
Finish and Serve: Remove from oven, top with remaining graham cracker halves, press gently, and enjoy warm.
