Description

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir well until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel, making a hole in the center to form the traditional bagel shape.

Place the bagels in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

If using the air fryer: Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

If baking in the oven: Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the air fryer or oven and let cool slightly before serving.
