Ingredients
For the Mini Pies:
14.1 oz package refrigerated pie dough
2 bars chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (keep half for topping)
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Water (for sealing edges)
For Serving (Optional):
Chocolate syrup, for dipping
Marshmallow cream, for dipping
Instructions
Prepare the Pie Dough:
Remove the refrigerated pie crusts from packaging and let them come to room temperature (as per package instructions).
Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough, maximizing the number of pies.
Make the S’mores Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir to combine.
Fill and Seal the Mini Pies:
Scoop about one tablespoon of the marshmallow mixture onto the center of half of the pie dough rounds.
Moisten the edges with a little water and top each with another dough circle. Press gently to seal, then use a fork to press around the edges for a decorative seal.
Butter and Top the Pies:
Brush the tops of each pie with melted salted butter and sprinkle with the remaining crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Air Fry the Mini S’mores Pies:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Place 2-4 pies in the basket (don’t let them touch) and air fry for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is melted.
Transfer pies to a wire rack to cool and repeat with any remaining pies. For extra crunch, air fry for 1 more minute, but watch closely to avoid burning.
Serve with Dipping Sauces:
Arrange the cooled pies on a serving platter. Serve with chocolate syrup and marshmallow cream for dipping.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the pies to prevent bursting. Stick to about 1 tablespoon of filling per pie.
Make sure to properly seal the edges by pressing them firmly with a fork.
For an even more decadent treat, serve with vanilla ice cream or extra chocolate sauce.
