Description

A delightful layered dessert that captures the essence of a Snickers bar in a fancy verrine presentation, blending creamy, crunchy, and salty-sweet flavors in every spoonful.


Ingredients

300 g cottage cheese

50 g dark chocolate

25 g roasted salted peanuts

6 Petits Beurres-style biscuits

Salted butter caramel (Régilait or similar)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Petits Beurres biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate gently (either in a double boiler or microwave, stirring often until smooth).
  3. Divide the crushed biscuits equally among your glasses, creating the base layer.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of salted butter caramel over the biscuit crumbs.
  5. Add cottage cheese on top of the caramel layer.
  6. Drizzle or drop a bit of melted dark chocolate over the cheese, then sprinkle roasted salted peanuts.
  7. Add another layer of cottage cheese.
  8. Top with more salted butter caramel and a few roasted salted peanuts for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving, as preferred.
