Ingredients
300 g cottage cheese
50 g dark chocolate
25 g roasted salted peanuts
6 Petits Beurres-style biscuits
Salted butter caramel (Régilait or similar)
Instructions
- Crush the Petits Beurres biscuits into small pieces.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently (either in a double boiler or microwave, stirring often until smooth).
- Divide the crushed biscuits equally among your glasses, creating the base layer.
- Spoon a generous layer of salted butter caramel over the biscuit crumbs.
- Add cottage cheese on top of the caramel layer.
- Drizzle or drop a bit of melted dark chocolate over the cheese, then sprinkle roasted salted peanuts.
- Add another layer of cottage cheese.
- Top with more salted butter caramel and a few roasted salted peanuts for garnish.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving, as preferred.
