Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries. If using protein powder, mix it in at this stage.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- The next morning, grab a spoon and enjoy! Add extra maple syrup or honey to taste if desired.
