Description

Delight in the creamy, colorful Sugar Cookie Fudge, a luscious treat combining white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar cookie mix, topped with festive sprinkles and a drizzle of melted white chocolate or almond bark. Perfect for sharing or indulging in a sweet moment anytime.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (boxed or bagged, any brand)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 small can)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s sprinkles (any preferred type)
  • 3 oz white chocolate bar or almond bark (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, and sugar cookie mix. Microwave to melt and combine.
  2. Stir Mixture: Once smooth, continue stirring or microwaving for another 2 minutes to ensure all ingredients are fully melted and integrated. Turn off the heat, then stir in vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles to add color and flavor.
  3. Prepare Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Pour and Smooth Fudge: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the surface by lightly tapping the dish on the counter to evenly spread the fudge.
  5. Add Sprinkles: Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top of the fudge, gently patting them so they adhere well.
  6. Refrigerate: Place the dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm and set.
  7. Cut the Fudge: Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Set it on the counter and cut into desired pieces, spreading them out on the parchment paper.
  8. Melt Chocolate for Drizzle: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate bar or almond bark for 30 seconds, stirring well in between until fully melted.
  9. Drizzle Topping: Transfer the melted chocolate to a small zip-top bag, cut a tiny piece off one corner, and drizzle it artistically over the fudge pieces.
  10. Set and Serve: Allow the drizzled chocolate to firm up before serving and enjoying your festive Sugar Cookie Fudge.

Notes

  • Use any brand of sugar cookie mix that you prefer; the boxed variety works well for ease.
  • For a smoother texture, ensure the fudge mixture is fully melted and well-stirred before pouring.
  • You can substitute almond bark with more white chocolate for the drizzle depending on your preference.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
  • Feel free to use different themed sprinkles to suit various occasions.
