Marshmallow-coated rice, rich chocolate, and crispy graham cracker crumbs wrapped in nori sheets make these bite-sized treats irresistible! Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup chocolate chips
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup milk chocolate, melted
¼ cup heavy cream
Optional: extra mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions
Cook and Cool the Rice: Prepare the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
Melt the Marshmallows: In a pan, melt butter and mini marshmallows together until smooth.
Mix Rice and Marshmallows: Combine the cooked rice with the melted marshmallow mixture until the rice is evenly coated.
Assemble the Sushi: Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface. Spread the marshmallow-coated rice on the nori, leaving an inch at the top edge.
Add Fillings: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips over the rice.
Roll the Sushi: Carefully roll the nori tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
Slice and Garnish: Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle melted chocolate over the sushi and garnish with extra mini marshmallows.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and marshmallows.
To prevent the rice from sticking, wet your knife before slicing the rolls.
For the best texture, serve fresh, or chill for a firmer bite.
