Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips

1/2 cup plain flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

12 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
