- Combine Bread with Wet Mix: Add the chopped bread into the wet mixture and use your hands to thoroughly mix and soak the bread pieces.
- Make Cinnamon Sugar Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and mix well.
- Fill Muffin Cups (First Layer): Spoon half of the wet bread mixture evenly into the 12 muffin cups.
- Add Topping Layer: Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the first layer in each muffin cup.
