Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and maple syrup. If using, add protein powder.
- Mix well until everything is fully combined.
- Cover the bowl or distribute the mixture into individual containers, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
