Ingredients
2 packages crescent roll dough
2 packages cream cheese (8oz/250g each), softened
1 package Ranch dressing mix (28g)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups broccoli florets
3 green onions, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and spread it on a cookie sheet. Pinch seams to form a large rectangle and pinch edges to make a crust.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth using an electric mixer on low speed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
- Cut into slices and serve cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
