Description

Vegetable pizza is a delicious and colorful dish made with a flaky crescent roll crust, creamy ranch dressing, fresh vegetables, and shredded cheese. It’s perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal.


Ingredients

2 packages crescent roll dough

2 packages cream cheese (8oz/250g each), softened

1 package Ranch dressing mix (28g)

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups cauliflower florets

2 cups broccoli florets

3 green onions, sliced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and spread it on a cookie sheet. Pinch seams to form a large rectangle and pinch edges to make a crust.
  3. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth using an electric mixer on low speed.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Cut into slices and serve cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
