Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Fill your wine glass to the brim with ice to chill it and prepare for the ingredients.
- Add elderflower syrup: Pour in the 1/2 oz of elderflower syrup or cordial into the ice-filled glass, creating a sweet floral base.
- Mix juices: Add 2 oz of cucumber juice and 1 oz of fresh lime juice to the glass, blending fresh, crisp, and tangy flavors.
- Top with bubbles: Gently pour in 1/2 cup of dry sparkling wine or soda water. Stir carefully to mix without breaking up the bubbles too much.
- Garnish and serve: Add a cucumber ribbon and/or edible flowers as a beautiful garnish. Serve immediately for optimal freshness and presentation.
